What is energy healing?

The intention of energy healing is to restore balance, clear energetic blockages, and support the body’s natural ability to heal, helping to reduce stress and anxiety while promoting a sense of calm, clarity, and overall well-being.
Energy healing is a gentle yet powerful tool for realigning the energetic and emotional body. By supporting the chakras in returning to balance and releasing energy that no longer serves, many people experience feeling lighter, more grounded, refreshed, and restored.

Sound Therapy
What Is Sound Therapy?​
Sound therapy is a gentle, restorative wellness practice that uses intentional vibration and frequency to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
Through the use of instruments such as singing bowls and other resonant tools, sound therapy creates a calming sensory environment that allows the body and mind to settle. Research has shown that sound and vibration can help slow brainwave activity, encouraging a relaxed and receptive state.
Sound sessions—often referred to as sound baths—invite you to rest and receive, allowing the sounds and vibrations to move through you naturally. Rather than “doing” anything, you are simply supported in being present as the experience unfolds.
Each person’s experience is unique, ranging from deeply relaxing to gently insightful, depending on what the body and energy system are ready to receive.
