What Is Sound Therapy?​
Sound therapy is a gentle, restorative wellness practice that uses intentional vibration and frequency to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
Through the use of instruments such as singing bowls and other resonant tools, sound therapy creates a calming sensory environment that allows the body and mind to settle. Research has shown that sound and vibration can help slow brainwave activity, encouraging a relaxed and receptive state.
Sound sessions—often referred to as sound baths—invite you to rest and receive, allowing the sounds and vibrations to move through you naturally. Rather than “doing” anything, you are simply supported in being present as the experience unfolds.
Each person’s experience is unique, ranging from deeply relaxing to gently insightful, depending on what the body and energy system are ready to receive.
