This is a great option for those who prefer a no-contact session. Different practices will be used based on the client's needs and the practitioner's intuition. This session may include a combination of these services: *EFT tapping focuses on tapping the body's meridian points to relieve symptoms of a negative experience or emotion. With guidance, the client will perform the tapping sequence on themself. *The practitioner will play a few instruments around the client such as Tibetan bowls and chimes. *The practitioner will be sending Reiki energy during the session. *Ho'oponopono, a traditional Hawaiian method of reconciliation and forgiveness, is a simple yet effective practice. It's a way to bring harmony into your life and relationships, offering a path to peace and understanding. *Visualization *Guided meditation *Tuning forks *Coaching This is a one-hour service that includes an extra 5-15 minutes for a post-consultation to discuss anything that may have come up during the session. Please come in comfortable clothing.
