Immerse yourself in the power of Sound Therapy and let the flow of vibrations permeate your soul. 

In private sessions as well as in group experiences, I use a collection of instruments such as singing bowls, drums, chimes, rattles and many more, that can aid in rebalancing and restoration of the energy body. 

The root of “Sound Healing” is the idea that frequencies, certain methods of auditory input, and immersion in intentional sonic spaces can have beneficial impact. 

~Restore your system back into peaceful harmony. 

~Stress and anxiety relief.

~Restores emotional balance.

~Recover the calm within.

A sound healing involves lying down, closing your eyes, and focusing on the vibrations and sounds from the instruments played. 

While sound healing often creates a deep sense of relaxation, it can sometimes get intense. You may find yourself feeling emotions such as happiness, anger, or sadness. Thoughts and feelings might come up that you may need to process and heal. It is okay to cry during the session or afterwards. Crying is a way for the body to release. 

Sound Therapy is a different experience for each person. Some people may find that it is just a relaxing addition to their session, while others have powerful and transformational experiences. You may choose to add this therapy to your session, book a private or group sound bath, or attend an event.

 *If you are attending an event, please bring a yoga mat or something to lay on, a blanket, and a pillow. Bottled water will be available. Feel free to bring other small items that will provide you with comfort, such as crystals or tokens that hold meaning for you.
